1. Brief Introduction to Hanoi

Hanoi, the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, is located in the Red River Delta in northern Vietnam. It is the country's political and cultural center and a major economic hub in the north. Opera houses, St. Joseph's Cathedral, tree-lined boulevards, and French-style villas are interspersed throughout, creating a unique urban character that blends Eastern and Western styles. It boasts Noi Bai International Airport, Vietnam's second-largest aviation hub, and a highway network connecting Lao Cai, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, and other important northern regions, making it a key gateway between China and ASEAN. The city's metro and bus rapid transit systems are continuously under construction, resulting in an increasingly comprehensive public transportation system. As Vietnam's administrative center, it is also a rising hub for trade, exhibitions, and manufacturing investment, with multinational corporations such as Samsung and LG establishing important production bases here.

The Old Quarter continues the century-old tradition of "one street, one trade," with intangible cultural heritages such as water puppetry and the Turtle Flute being passed down through generations. Local delicacies like pho, grilled pork rice noodles, and fried spring rolls are renowned worldwide. Here, vibrant local life and burgeoning modern energy coexist, blending Eastern heritage with French romance. Hanoi is a rapidly rising Southeast Asian capital, brimming with both opportunity and unique charm.
