Founded in 2003, Fujian Billion Group is headquartered in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, a World Cultural Heritage site. As an international enterprise operating a full industrial chain covering new polyester materials, polyester filament, polyamide, industrial yarn, polyester film, polyester chip and ES fiber, the group boasts an annual designed polyester production capacity of 3.8 million tons. It is China’s second-largest textured polyester yarn manufacturer and South China’s largest R&D and production base for polyester fiber and polyester film. The company specializes in the R&D, production and sales of functional eco-friendly BOPET films, APET sheets and film-grade PET chips, with an annual designed capacity of 835,000 tons. It is a major domestic manufacturer of polyester films and sheets.

Its products target China’s high-end functional polyester film and sheet markets, applicable to flexible packaging, composite printing, electronics & electrical appliances, apparel, safety & energy conservation, cosmetics, food, electronics, toys and printing. The company also devotes major efforts to developing new eco-friendly polyester film products for versatile scenarios.

Billion Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Located in Phu Dong Industrial Zone, Tay Ninh, Vietnam, the facility has an annual designed capacity of 780,000 tons, including 200,000 tons of polyester filament, 550,000 tons of polyester chips and 30,000 tons of recycled filament. It is a key Belt and Road Initiative project and Vietnam’s largest polyester production complex by output scale.

Core products include DTY (Draw Textured Yarn), FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn), POY (Partially Oriented Yarn), recycled yarn and polyester chips. Products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and local Vietnamese markets.
