Founded in 2016, Wuxi Dongfuda Technology Co., Ltd. is a domestic equipment manufacturer specializing in machine vision online inspection technology. The online surface defect inspection equipment adopts CCD line-scan cameras to detect surface defects.

Many manufacturers used to suffer from film surface defects such as fish eyes, pinholes and wrinkles. Manual inspection suffers from low efficiency and frequent missed detections, triggering a chain of quality issues. These pain points have been greatly relieved after adopting Dongfuda’s online inspection equipment.

The machine adapts to high-speed production lines up to 180 m/min and performs full-width real-time scanning. It automatically generates reports marking the position, size and category of defects, and supports direct connection with MES systems for convenient quality traceability.

Currently, the product yield has stabilized above 95%, while labor re-inspection costs have dropped by 65%. The equipment runs stably with barely any downtime faults, serving as an effective solution for enterprises to cut costs and boost productivity.
